Terms of Use

Effective date: October 20, 2026

These Terms govern use of the Keys in 90 website and submission of casting applications to Keys in 90 LLC (“Keys in 90,” “we,” “us”). Questions may be sent to [email protected].

Casting consideration

Keys in 90 is an entertainment production following real homebuying journeys. Submitting an application requests casting consideration only. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and must provide information that is accurate to the best of their knowledge. Clearly identify estimates, hypothetical scenarios, and credit-score simulator results. Submit personal information only about yourself or another adult who has authorized you to provide it.

Sole casting discretion

Keys in 90 LLC retains the sole, exclusive, and unilateral discretion to select, decline, defer, replace, or discontinue consideration of any applicant, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, for any lawful reason or no stated reason.

Casting may involve subjective judgments about story, personality, on-camera presence, household dynamics, responsiveness, availability, location, production timing, financial readiness, and the overall composition of the cast. Meeting stated criteria does not entitle anyone to an interview, selection, filming, or inclusion in the finished production.

We may select more or fewer participants than anticipated, select nobody, consider applicants for a different season, or modify, postpone, or cancel production. Future seasons and selection for them are not guaranteed. Except where law requires otherwise, we have no obligation to provide an explanation, individual feedback, or an appeal of a casting decision. Any participation remains subject to a separate written participant agreement.

Application review and professional involvement

Designated production personnel and participating real estate and mortgage professionals may assist with application review. With your separate authorization, we may share relevant information with the professionals and firms identified to you, for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and authorization.

Submitting an application or supporting information does not, by itself, engage a real estate professional, establish a brokerage relationship, authorize a credit inquiry, or authorize submission of a mortgage application on your behalf. Separate services you request are governed by the applicable professional’s agreements, disclosures, and legal obligations.

No guaranteed financial outcome

Casting consideration or selection does not guarantee mortgage eligibility, loan approval, credit-score improvement, financial assistance, a particular interest rate, or purchase of a home within 90 days or any other period. Financial information used in casting is preliminary and does not replace a lender’s independent evaluation. Credit-score simulations are estimates, not actual scores or promises of future results.

Third-party products and expenses

Third-party products, including credit-score services, are governed by their providers’ terms, charges, renewal provisions, cancellation policies, and privacy practices. Review those terms before purchasing. Purchasing a product, uploading results, completing preparation steps, or attending an interview does not guarantee selection or reimbursement. We reimburse expenses only when we expressly agree in writing.

Privacy and separate permissions

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle application information. Acceptance of these Terms does not replace any separate authorization required for financial-information sharing, obtaining consumer reports, marketing communications, or public use of your story, image, or financial details. Submitting private financial documents does not itself grant permission to display them publicly.

Website use and changes

Do not submit false or misleading documents, impersonate another person, interfere with the website, or attempt to access another applicant’s information. We may update these Terms and will post the revised effective date. Changes do not retroactively expand permissions you previously granted; additional permission will be obtained where required.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be waived. A separately signed participant or professional-services agreement governs its subject matter to the extent it conflicts with these website Terms.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 20, 2026

Keys in 90 LLC operates this website and administers casting for Keys in 90. This Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information through the website and casting process. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.

Information we collect

We collect information you submit, such as your name, contact details, location, household story, homebuying goals, availability, willingness to participate on camera, and application responses. If requested during further review, this may include income ranges, savings, debt information, and mortgage credit-score screenshots or simulator results you submit.

We do not ask for your myFICO password, Social Security number, complete account numbers, or a full credit report through the casting upload form. Remove unnecessary identifiers before uploading. Do not submit information about children or other people without the appropriate authorization.

Our website and service providers may also collect technical information, such as IP address, browser and device information, page visits, form activity, and video-viewing progress through the tools described below.

How we use information

We use information to administer applications; communicate about casting and preparation steps; evaluate story, availability, readiness, and production timing; consider applicants for current or possible future seasons; coordinate potential participation; protect our systems; and comply with applicable legal requirements.

Providing information does not guarantee selection. Casting review is not a mortgage approval or commitment to lend.

Who receives information

Authorized production personnel and service providers supporting hosting, communications, application management, storage, and video delivery may process information as needed for their work.

With your separate authorization, we may share relevant application information with the designated real estate agents, brokers, loan officers, and affiliated firms identified in the authorization presented to you. Depending on their role, this may include contact information, homebuying goals, financial application responses, and score screenshots or simulator results you submit. We limit sharing to information reasonably necessary for the disclosed purpose.

Participating professionals may have their own legal recordkeeping duties and privacy policies when they act as independent service providers. We identify their firms and link to their privacy notices before financial information is shared. New recipients or expanded purposes will be addressed through updated notice and additional authorization where required.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights and safety, or address fraud and security incidents. In a business reorganization or transfer, information may be transferred subject to applicable law and the permissions governing it.

Marketing, referrals, and other businesses

Keys in 90 LLC is produced by Bradley Pounds, who also operates HomeBuyerSchool, a homebuyer education business. Keys in 90 applications are managed in the same customer-relationship platform (GoHighLevel) that HomeBuyerSchool uses, and authorized team members who support both businesses may access them.

Applying to Keys in 90 does not sign you up for marketing. If you separately agree to receive HomeBuyerSchool communications, we may send you information about its classes, webinars, and homebuyer resources, including if you are not selected for the show. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in the email, and from texts by replying STOP.

HomeBuyerSchool and real estate or mortgage professionals affiliated with Bradley Pounds may earn compensation, such as a commission or referral share, if you later choose to use their services. Using those services is optional and does not affect casting decisions.

We do not sell your personal information. We share your application information with participating professionals or partner agents only with your permission, as described above. We may use website activity to show Keys in 90 and HomeBuyerSchool ads on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram; see Cookies, analytics, and video tracking below.

Cookies, analytics, and video tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including:

  • Website and form platform (GoHighLevel): keeps pages and forms working, records which page, ad, or link brought you to the site (such as campaign tags in the web address), and connects your application to that source.
  • Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel): measures visits and form submissions that come from Facebook and Instagram ads and helps us show ads to people who have visited our site. Meta may receive information such as pages visited, browser and device details, and the fact that a form was submitted.
  • Fonts and embedded content: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and may include videos from providers such as YouTube. These providers receive your IP address and browser information when that content loads, and their own privacy policies apply.

We do not use the financial information or score screenshots you upload for advertising or analytics.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. Blocking cookies may cause some parts of the website or forms to stop working.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy:

  • Applications and contact information: through casting for the season you applied for and, if you are considered for a future season, through casting for that season, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
  • Credit-score screenshots and simulator results: deleted once the casting decision for the season you applied for has been made, unless you are selected or have asked to be considered for a future season.
  • Consent and authorization records: kept as long as needed to show what you agreed to and when, and as required by law.
  • Selected participants: information is kept as described in the participant agreement.

Deleted information may remain in routine backups for a limited time until those backups are overwritten. We may keep information longer when required by law or to resolve a dispute or legal claim.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No system can guarantee absolute security. Access is limited according to personnel responsibilities.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may contact [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of your financial-sharing authorization. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Withdrawal applies to future sharing and does not undo disclosures already made. It may limit our ability to continue the portions of review that require that sharing. Applicable law may permit or require retention of certain records.

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to us, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, you may have the right to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal information and access it.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete personal information you provided or that we obtained about you.
  • Get a copy of personal information you provided to us in a portable, readily usable format.
  • Opt out of the use of your personal information for targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, and profiling used to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Tell us which right you want to use and how to contact you. An authorized agent may make an opt-out request on your behalf where the law allows. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We will respond within 45 days of receiving your request. If we reasonably need more time, we may extend that period once by up to another 45 days and will tell you why within the first 45 days. Requests are free up to twice in a 12-month period; we may decline or charge a reasonable fee for requests that are clearly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive.

If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Appeal” within a reasonable time after you receive it. We will respond to your appeal in writing within 60 days, including an explanation of our decision. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov to submit a complaint.

Private submissions and public production

Submitting an application or financial screenshot does not itself authorize public display of that material. Filming and public use of your story, likeness, or financial details require a separate release covering that use.

Adults and policy updates

Casting applications are intended for adults aged 18 or older. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact [email protected].

We may update this Policy and will post its effective date. We will provide additional notice or obtain additional permission when required for material changes in how information is used or shared.

Your Mortgage Credit Scores

We use your mortgage credit scores to help understand your homebuying timeline and evaluate whether your situation may fit the current production schedule or a possible future season. Providing scores does not guarantee selection.

What to upload

Upload a screenshot of your current mortgage scores from myFICO. Include the score model names, credit bureau names, and score dates. Use the mortgage-score section, rather than the standard FICO Score 8 dashboard. Include enough identifying information to connect the screenshot to your application, while removing unnecessary personal details.

Do not upload your full credit report, Social Security number, account numbers, payment-card details, or myFICO login information.

If your mortgage scores are slightly below 600

If the casting team asks for additional timeline information, use myFICO’s mortgage score simulator to explore what might happen if you pay down debt or make other changes. Upload the estimated results and the changes you entered, including any payment amounts and time assumptions.

Keep those estimates separate from your current scores. A simulator result is not an actual credit score, a guarantee of improvement, or a lender’s approval. Do not take on debt, open or close accounts, or spend money solely to produce a more favorable simulation for casting.

Before purchasing

Checking your own credit through myFICO does not create a lender hard inquiry. Keys in 90 does not obtain a lender credit report through this upload step.

myFICO is a separate provider. Check its current products and terms before purchasing. As of October 20, 2026, myFICO lists its Premier subscription at $39.95 per month, automatically renewing unless canceled. That plan includes a mortgage-score simulator for FICO Scores 2 and 4; it does not simulate every mortgage score. Product features and prices may change. Manage cancellation directly with myFICO.

Purchasing a product does not improve your chances of selection or guarantee participation. Third-party charges are your responsibility unless Keys in 90 LLC expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Review and sharing

Only authorized reviewers may access your submission. Before financial information is shared with participating real estate or mortgage professionals, you will be shown their names and affiliated firms and asked for separate authorization. See our Privacy Policy.

This upload does not authorize a credit pull or submission of a mortgage application on your behalf. A lender may require its own credit verification if you later request financing.
